Between the Alpes de Haute Provence and the Haut Var, the Verdon flow. Born near the Val d' Allos, he is going to dig in the rocks of Provence the spectacular Verdon Gorge, the higher throats of Europe, to quieten down finally in the Sainte Croix Lake, then the Esparron de Verdon Lake. Verdon delights this country by its homely and lukewarm, emerald waters. You would like to make walkings there on its banks by the Martel Trail or the Imbut Trail, or to practice canoe, swimming in white-water, and even the rafting and the canyoning in its most agitated waters!

Sainte Croix Lake

He displays his pure waters over a 10 km length, and is one of the tourist centres of Countries of Verdon and of Provence.
